PAYMENTS:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. All orders are to be pre-paid prior to shipment. Sales tax may be collected based on the shipment addressee location.
SHIPPING:
We ship within the US and to Canadian addresses. Processed orders normally ship within 2 business days. Shipping and handling charges are added according to offers currently available on website; ranging from free, no charge to carrier charges. We normally ship US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
CLAIMS & RETURNS:
Customer Service must be notified of any discrepancies within 72 hours of order receipt. Damages to shipments should be immediately reported to Customer Service, as well as the carrier. Requests for refund or return will not be accepted for opened, unsealed products. Any returns require a valid Return Authorization Number as assigned by Customer Service.
